Do you charge for diagnostics?
We provide free diagnostics when the repair is completed at our shop.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own parts. Please note that we cannot provide a warranty on customer-supplied parts. If a part does not fit or fails after installation, labor charges will still apply.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
At this time, we operate by appointment only so we can give each vehicle the proper time, dedication, and attention it needs.
Do you provide pre-purchase inspections?
Yes, we offer comprehensive pre-purchase inspections to help you make a confident, safe, and informed decision before buying a used vehicle.
Can I get a repair estimate over the phone?
We can often provide general pricing for standard maintenance services. However, for complex repairs or drivability issues, we require a hands-on inspection to ensure an accurate diagnosis and prevent replacing unnecessary parts.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most standard repairs are completed within 2–4 hours, depending on the type of service and parts availability. We will always keep you updated on your vehicle's status.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Please note that a standard 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.
Do you report service history to Carfax?
Yes, we report qualifying service and maintenance records directly to Carfax to help maintain your vehicle's resale value.
